## Before you write.

These are the questions the inbox actually gets. If yours is not here, send it anyway.

**I paid, and the app still shows the unlock. What now?**

Open the app, go to the unlock screen and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account that bought it. The unlock is a one-time non-consumable tied to that account, so it restores on every device you sign in to, including a new phone. If the restore finds nothing, email us the receipt from the store and we will sort it out.

**I bought it on one device. Do I pay again on another?**

No. One purchase covers every device on your account, and Family Sharing is on, so it covers the family too. Buy once, restore anywhere.

**How do I get a refund?**

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us. On iPhone or iPad use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Google Play order history. We never see your payment details, so we cannot issue the refund ourselves.

**I lost my charts, routines, films or drawings.**

Everything you make is stored on the device only, never on a server, because the apps have no server. Deleting the app deletes what is inside it, and the App Store restore brings back the unlock but not the content. If the app exports (a PDF, an image, a video), exporting is the backup.

**Is anything about my child sent anywhere?**

No. The apps run entirely offline, with no account, no analytics and no third-party code. There is nothing to send and nowhere to send it. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

**The app is in the wrong language.**

The apps follow your device language where they can, and the ones with a language picker keep it in their own settings, usually behind the parent area. Changing the device language in iOS Settings switches the app the next time it opens.

**Something is broken. What do you need from me?**

The app name, the device (iPhone 15, iPad Air, and so on), the iOS or Android version, and what you did right before it went wrong. A screenshot or a screen recording makes it much faster. Send it to the email above.

## Help for one app.

Each app page carries its own questions, what the free tier covers and what the unlock adds.
