Kid mode ## Made for kids who can't read yet Your kid sees one step at a time, filling the screen: a big picture, its name and a Done button. 1. ### Hold to exit Leaving takes a press of just under a second, so a toddler tapping around can't end the routine. 2. ### Dots for progress Kids who can't read “3 of 7” yet can still count the dots that are left. 3. ### Tap the picture to hear it The phone reads each step out loud, no internet needed. Tap the picture to hear it again. 4. ### A peek at what's next A small picture above the button shows what's coming. 5. ### Back, or swipe An arrow goes back a step, and a swipe moves either way. 6. ### Done is up to your kid One big button. When a step timer runs out, Done pulses but doesn't move on by itself. ### Timers kids can watch A ring empties as the step runs, so there's no clock to read. The drawings don't show people, faces or hands, so the same set works for every kid.
