Our commitment is simple: we do not collect, store or share any of your personal data through any of our applications. Every app is a completely offline experience.

1. No data collection

Kid Secure Games applications do not collect any personally identifiable information or any other data from you or your device. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your name, email address or contact information.
• Your device's IP address, unique identifiers or location.
• Usage data, such as how you use the apps.
• Photos you add to an app. They are stored on your device only.

Since the applications operate entirely offline, there is no technical way for us to collect, view or store your data.

2. How our applications work

Each Kid Secure Games application is a self-contained program that runs locally on your device. It does not require an internet connection to function and does not communicate with our servers or any third-party service. Purchases and restores are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies; we receive no personal information from them.

3. Children's privacy

We take children's privacy very seriously. As our applications do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children, they are fully compliant with privacy regulations designed to protect young users, such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

4. This website

kidsecuregames.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party resources. The one thing it stores is your colour theme choice, in your own browser, if you change it.

5. Changes to this policy

If we ever change our practices and this policy, we will update this document and provide notice within the applications. Our core principle of not collecting personal data is fundamental to how we operate.

6. Terms of use

The apps are provided as is, for personal, non-commercial use. Each unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored on any device signed in to it. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from.
